SHIPPING POLICY
At Hushoak, we want customers to understand their available shipping options before completing a purchase.
Our current shipping structure is outlined below.
1. Shipping Options

2. Standard Shipping
Eligible orders totaling between $0.00 and $49.99 are charged a flat $5.00 Standard Shipping fee.
3. Free Shipping
Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more are eligible for Free Shipping.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, the free shipping threshold is generally calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.
4. VIP Fast Shipping
Customers who would like an expedited shipping option may select VIP Fast Shipping for $8.00, where available.
Please note that VIP Fast Shipping applies to transportation after order processing and does not necessarily eliminate normal preparation time.
5. Order Preparation
Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on factors including:
Product availability
Order volume
Weekends
Public holidays
Promotional periods
Operational circumstances
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.
6. Delivery Estimates
Transit time depends on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, carrier operations, and local conditions.

High seasonal shipping volume
Any delivery timeframe displayed or communicated should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
7. Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number after their order has shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking information remains unchanged for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures can also result in additional delivery time.
